I bought my first property when I was 22 years old, fresh out from university. I had pursued a degree in valuation and property management, but that didn't educate me anything about investing in properties. Robert Kiyosaki did.
Alvin was the one who pointed out Rich Dad Poor Dad to me, and from the first page onwards I was hooked. I spent the following days and nights digesting his whole library, and my views was turned 360 degrees. I had a totally different outlook on life.
Time for change.
Since that fateful day when when I asked, "Clem, what would you say if I told you about a good deal." things have progressed in an expedited manner, with us accumulating properties at a pace unrecognised with greenhorns like us.
All in all myself with 2 partners have flipped 2 properties, bid at a public tenders and currently holds 6 properties. 1 positive cashflow serviced office suite, 3 under construction, 1 under renovation and a medium cost flat being occupied by my dad, the tuition teacher.
And that was only our property deals.
